Since it’s launch in 2016 the mobile app has pushed from strength to strength, it's seen a 60% increase of users year on year and it's accomplishment has been showcased at their industry events across Europe …not to mention it’s massive success closer to home as the mobile app picked up multiple digital awards for ‘App of the Year’ in consecutive years.
The biggest success we feel from the PBNI 'Changing Lives' mobile app was undoubtably the news that it prevented a number of suicides which showed how tech products can enhance human environment.
Soon to be launched V.2 of the mobile app in 2019 will see the new release of the PBNI mobile app with enhanced features, AI technology and additional functionalities based on mobile app analytics and data collected from user behaviour. Evolving this digital product and creating an amazing experience will help improve PBNI’s user base.
